Delivery

It is our intention to complete orders as quickly as possible, and to provide the most efficient and cost effective delivery method. Delivery charges have been waived to our new and existing customers. This also includes the picking and packing of all products.

We sell such a wide range of items and normally deliver within 2 working days and use couriers (DHL or ANC) that it is difficult to despatch all goods at once so please be prepared to accept partial despatch. All goods have to be signed for upon delivery.

When comparing costs of products, please consider the total price including VAT as there is a function to calculate the price with or without VAT. There is no need for promotional codes or searching for FREE delivery offers as it is all at standard.

We will always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, or on a specific date if required. However, please do be aware that this is never guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible if an order does not arrive on time. If you are not generally at home during the day please consider having your order sent to an alternative address such as a work address or at a neighbours or relatives house.

If you have ordered a large or heavy item then this will take a few days longer as it will arrive directly from one of our vendors.

FREE delivery is for mainland UK only, however we can deliver all these products to all of Ireland and Scotland absolutely FREE. Offshore islands and remote islands will incur costs so please email us directly.
