Using Microgard® CFR in conjunction with durable flame retardant protective clothing, therefore produces a system of both chemical and FR protection. •Microgard® CFR is a soft, FR fabric coated with a special laminate film to provide chemical protection. •All garment seams are stitched and taped. Microgard® FR is a disposable protective coverall designed to provide Type 6, limited chemical splash (reduced spray) protection it also meets EN533:1979 Index 1, and as such has limited flame spread properties. Using Microgard® FR in conjunction with durable flame retardant protective clothing, therefore produces a system providing both chemical and FR protection, in which the FR properties may also be enhanced.
